Discrimination on the Ground of Disability in Armenia

This survey is conducted by Armenian NGO UNISON among 120 people with different types of disabilities. The research shows that discrimination against PWDs is still widespread in the country, and the measures by major stakeholders are not effective. It means that educational actions are needed to strengthen the inclusion of PWDs in public life.

The survey was carried out with the support of the regional project ‘Strengthening access to justice for victims of discrimination, hate crime and hate speech in Eastern Partnership countries’, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Council of Europe under its EU-funded Partnership for Good Governance (2019-2021).

The report is available only in Armenian.
