A Review of National Career Development Support Systems in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine


This European Training Foundation (ETF) study provides a comprehensive description of the career guidance systems in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine and points to opportunities for improvement.

The publication also aims to help countries respond to the transition to a green and digital economy, overcome the consequences of COVID-19, deal with regional specificities such as brain drain, and provide information on national policies, practices and future activities of the EU and ETF.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium.
