Register now for EU4Youth Job Fair in Samtskhe-Javakheti

Young job seekers and local employers are invited to participate in the EU4Youth Job Fair, which takes place in Akhaltsikhe, in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia, on 10 June at 11am. The deadline for registration is 16 May.

The goal of the employment fair is to empower rural youth and support career development at local level. Local as well as national private companies, NGOs, public agencies, and independent youth programmes working in areas such as services, manufacturing, education, the environment, social programmes and grant opportunities in social and green entrepreneurship will attend the job fair.

Interested young jobseekers should fill out an application form by 16 May. The application is available at the following link: https://forms.gle/vqQxgQdWyyeaJCDs8

Companies operating in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region or offering young people work-from-home conditions must register by 16 May at the following link: https://forms.gle/pa8za81vLsGPdnZb9

Upon completion of the registration, interested young people will receive preparatory training in preparing a CV and interview techniques, which will help them to present themselves to potential employers.

The organisers will then analyse the interests of job seekers and current vacancies of participating companies, to identify match-making interviews to ensure participants make the most of the employment opportunities presented at the festival.

The EU4Youth Job Fair is organised by the EU-funded project ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth’, implemented by the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN) in partnership with KRDF and Green Lane (Armenia). The aim of the project is to discover the entrepreneurial potential in the most vulnerable municipalities and to promote entrepreneurship opportunities among youth.
