Online Course: ‘Teaching Ukrainian in Classes with Teaching in the Languages of National Minorities’


The EU-supported project ‘Learning Together’ together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine offers a free online course, which will be helpful for Ukrainian language teachers who teach in classes with languages of instruction of national minorities. The course is already open for enrolment.

It will help teachers to find answers to get questions like:

• how to prepare for the language learning;
• what factors affect the acquisition of a second language;
• what are the peculiarities of student-centred teaching planning;
• how to meet the requirements for mandatory learning outcomes.

All trainees who will complete the course and successfully pass the final test will receive a certificate.

The course was developed by the ‘Learning Together’ project together with the EdEra online education studio with the financial support of the European Union and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
