Workshop on accountability in reconstruction: how Ukraine can benefit from international experience – join on 29 June

On 29 June, the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative will host a hybrid seminar on ‘Accountability in Reconstruction: International Experience and the Case of Ukraine’.

The event aims to create a platform for exchanging ideas on integrity, transparency and accountability during the recovery and rebuilding of Ukraine.

The seminar will provide a set of recommendations, developed in cooperation with the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), an independent think tank headquartered in London, and the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre, to be presented at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Lugano, on 4-5 July.

Speakers at the seminar will include Katarina Mathernova, Deputy Director General of DG Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), Head of Support Group for Ukraine, European Commission, Oleksiy Chernyshov, Minister for Communities and Territorial Development of Ukraine, Oleksandr Senkevich, Mayor of Mykolaiv, and others.
