Ukraine: EU programme opens new Administrative Service Centres in two hromadas in Kyiv region

On 14 May, two new Administrative Service Centre (ASC) in Fastiv and Divychky hromadas in the Kyiv region started operations, with the support of the EU-funded U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The new ASCs will provide more than 130 essential administrative services to more than 70,000 residents of both towns. The citizen offices, where residents together with local authorities can discuss hromada affairs and make joint decisions, are established in each centre.

‘U-LEAD with Europe’, funded by the EU and its Member States, contributes to the establishment of a multilevel management system, which is transparent, accountable and meets the needs of citizens.
