Think globally, act locally: poster contest by EU in Georgia to promote climate-friendly actions


The EU Delegation to Georgia in cooperation with the EU4Climate project has launched poster contest to encourage people to take climate-friendly actions contributing to tackling global climate change crisis.

Suggested themes and messages are ‘Act Now!’ (to minimise climate change), ‘Make a Difference!’, and ‘Think Globally, Act Locally’.

The posters will be distributed online, using EU Delegation in Georgia, UNDP and Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus (REC Caucasus) social media pages, as well as the official websites. The posters/prints will be also printed and distributed during various events by the EU4Climate project.

Any citizen of Georgia of any age with a professional background in design and digital arts is eligible to apply. You can submit only one poster no later than 26 July.

The winner will receive 3,500 GEL. The awards for the second and third places are 2,500 and 2,000 GEL.
