International Organization for Migration opens ‘Emotional Support Hotline’ for Ukrainians

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has launched an ‘Emotional Support Hotline’ for Ukrainians, with support from the EU.

Calling 0-800-211-444, you can get one or a series of consultations from professional psychologists. All consultations are anonymous and free of charge.

The hotline operates from 10am to 8pm daily (Kyiv time). Counselling is available in Ukrainian and Russian.

“Do not ignore your emotions: fear, sadness, hatred or despair. They will not disappear anywhere, but might affect your psychological state and physical well-being every day,” said a press release from the IOM.
