EU4Business: Union of Film Professionals of Armenia get new sound equipment

The EU-funded EU4Business Innovative Tourism and Technology Development project has supported the purchase of equipment for the cinema hall of the Union of Film Professionals of Armenia.

The new equipment was handed over last week. It will provide the cinema with an improved sound system and will support the Golden Apricot film festival.

EU Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin took part in a ceremony and said: “We hope that with the new equipment the hall will continue to inspire for generations and remain a popular meeting point.”

The ‘EU4Business Innovative Tourism and Technology Development’ project is funded by the EU and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), the main German development agency.
