EU-supported Telegram Channel launched for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions

A special Telegram channel for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions of Ukraine has been set up with the support of the EU, where they can find reliable information on employment opportunities and offers of affordable housing, interesting local events and official information from local and national authorities.

The new information channel will be useful for IDPs in the Dnipro, Pereschepyne and Pokrovsk municipalities of Dnipropetrovsk region, and Lviv, Truskavets and Drohobych in Lviv region. These municipalities are the focus of the project ‘Social integration of IDPs in selected municipalities of Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions’.

This project is supported by the ‘EU4ResilientRegions – Special Assistance Programme Ukraine’, which is co-financed by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
