EU Civil Protection Mechanism: Ukraine receives ambulance bus from Norway

Ukraine has received an ambulance bus from the EU.

The vehicle has been provided through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism as part of an EU effort to ease the pressure on Ukraine’s emergency response system during the war.

Thanks to Norway, the bus is equipped so that doctors in it can treat five to six patients on the go.

The bus looks like an ordinary tour bus, but it is painted in the traditional colours of an ambulance, white and red.
