EU and UNDP organise training programme for packaging cluster companies

The European Union invites packaging manufacturing companies and other interested businesses to take part in a ‘Business Model Development’ training programme as part of its EU4Business programme, which promotes private sector development in Georgia.

The project is implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the Packaging Cluster – the Packaging Manufacturers Association of Georgia (PMAG).

Blending group training with individual coaching sessions, the programme provides companies with theoretical knowledge and practical advice tailored for their business needs.

Group training is shaped around the business model in general, Canvas business model methodology, and value proposition analysis. Individual coaching sessions focus on designing business models for specific businesses, analysing strengths and weaknesses of the current business process and developing or transforming a strategic vision of a company.

Training sessions will take place at the end of July in Tbilisi and Kutaisi. The registration deadline is 18 July.
