Azerbaijan: New EU-funded project to enhance education quality assurance system

An EU-funded project on ‘Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Education Quality Assurance Agency’ was launched in Baku on 11 October.

The project aims to enhance the capacity of the Education Quality Assurance Agency (TKTA) to develop and implement new mechanisms for the accreditation of educational institutions, quality assurance processes at all levels of education, recognition of prior learning, and recognition of foreign qualifications in line with European best practice.

The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by IBF International Consulting.
