The study Workplace Sexual Harassment in the Civil Service in Georgia generates evidence to inform policies on preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment in Georgia’s civil service and analyzes the issues of awareness and attitudes towards sexual harassment, prevalence and forms of sexual harassment, as well as reporting mechanisms and practice within the civil service in Georgia.
