Regional Economic Prospects in the EBRD Regions. Recovery gathering pace


The Regional Economic Prospects report by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) shows that, in recent months, a recovery has been gathering pace in the EBRD regions as the health situation appears to be improving, vaccination is progressing and the average mobility of people returns to its pre-pandemic level. However, the outlook for international tourism remains highly uncertain, and foreign investments also remain far below their pre-crisis levels in most of the EBRD regions. Taking into account all the factors affecting the economy, the EBRD, gives its forecast of GDP growth for the countries in which the bank invests.
