EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship in Georgia – Legislative Environment, Challenges and International Practice


This EU4Youth study explores the elements, as well as challenges and opportunities facing the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Georgia, and examines the potential of other countries’ best practices with a view to adapting them to the Georgian reality. This research was conducted as part of the EU4Youth project ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) Programme for Green Growth in Borderline Communities’.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service.
