In the Mukachevo district of the Transcarpathian region, a mobile team of psychosocial support has started working with the support of UNFPA and the EU.
A psychologist, a social pedagogue and a case manager will work with women who fled the war and took refuge in Transcarpathia and help them adapt to their new circumstances.
UNFPA partner, the Women’s Council of Donetschina, working within the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with funding from the European Union, has previously provided services and countered gender-based violence in Mariupol and the Donetsk region.
The contact phone number of the mobile psychosocial team is +38 066 8381606.
