EU helps Moldova improve statistical data
Statistical data in the Republic of Moldova will become more accurate and of higher quality, thanks to a project that was implemented over the last three years with the support of the European Union.
Within this project, the statistical offices of Italy, Poland and Denmark assisted the National Bureau of Statistics by sharing their experience in standardisation and alignment of statistical data collection and processing and dissemination with EU and international standards.
One of the most important results of the project is the new website – www.new.statistica.md – becoming more user-friendly and adapted for people with special needs.
