Call for proposals: adaptation and emergency grants to civil society organisations in eastern Ukraine under COVID-19


The EU-funded COVID-19 Solidarity Programme for the Eastern Partnership is launching a call for proposals for grants to Ukrainian civil society organisations (CSOs). The deadline for applications is 26 February.

The call aims to provide support (material, financial and/or capacity development) to CSOs in order to adapt to and manage changes to their operational and technical capacity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CSOs registered in Ukraine with a proven record of activities in Luhansk and Donetsk regions (including during the time of COVID-19 endemic) and whose capacity has deteriorated due to COVID-19 pandemic can apply for the grants, for a maximum of €3,620.

Four grants will be awarded to projects which will be implemented between March and October 2021.

The deadline for applications is 26 February.
