Ask the EU a question in Ukrainian or Russian – new service launched

The EU has launched a dedicated language service for questions related to EU solidarity with Ukraine.

From 31 March, citizens within the EU or abroad can use the helpline to receive written replies in Ukrainian and Russian, in addition to the 24 European languages.

The EU says it will reply in three working days (or longer, for more complex questions).
