Safiyya is a third year student studying Business Administration at Atatürk Üniversitesi (Ataturk University). She actively participates in projects implemented by the European Union and Erasmus+. She is interested in project management, start-ups, and innovation. Safiyya has more than 4 years of project management experience and is currently the Committee Director’s Project Assistant at AEGEE-Europe (European Students’ Forum). She shares information about opportunities and international projects with young people on social networks in her spare time.

Saadat is a young community leader, and is currently working as a Youth Ambassador for SDG5. She is HeForShe(the global gender equality movement) program manager for Azerbaijan. In addition, she is also engaged in training and facilitation. She loves working with young people and contributing to the aims and objectives of Sustainable Development Goals. She believes in the power of young people to create a better world.

Rovshan is currently studying economics at Lənkəran Dövlət Universiteti (Lankaran State University). Aside from his studies at the University, he participates in social events and volunteer activities, as well as the organisation of projects and training related to youth development. He likes to work towards positive change and believes that he will demonstrate this in his role as a Young European Ambassador.

Ravana is a passionate young professional who has been involved in voluntary based activities so as to contribute positive change to her society. She graduated from the Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages), SABAH groups in the field of education in 2021. Ravana considers that, as an educator, her main purpose is to create educational opportunities and possibilities to help those in need of education. Raul is a very efficient but open-minded person. He is an independent and motivated individual in relation to the goals that he sets himself. Raul prides himself on his communication skills and ability to cooperate with others. He tries not only for his personal goals but also for the goals of the general team.

Rasul is an ambitious, driven, and skilful high school student. He is an enthusiastic learner eager to contribute to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative with his knowledge as a 16-year-old entrepreneur. Rasul pushes beyond his boundaries to contribute to fostering society in his country by sharing his experience and running workshops about Teenpreneurship, Study Abroad, and Time Management. He surmises that this is the right way to discover European values in more detail and converse and share experiences with his peers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Orkhan is currently working towards his Master’s degree in Management at one of the local universities. Aside from his postgraduate studies, he works as a Communication Officer at Education HUB. He is also working as the Communication Specialist in an EU-funded program (Collaborate for Impact) for Azerbaijan. Nushaba is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Economics). She considers herself to be a multitasker who enjoys taking on new challenges. Presently, she works as a Project and Event Manager and is eager to continue her career on this path. Nushaba is a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to striving for a prosperous future. She organises and coordinates projects on gender equality, well-being, animal welfare, and women’s education, taking responsibility for raising public awareness of current, inevitable issues and challenges.

Nuran is a secondary school student, amateur linguist, scriptwriter, professional pianist, and painter. In 2019, she participated in “The Voice of Kids”, “Sevil International Women Film Festival”, and “Think Global Do Local”. In addition, she has also taken part in many volunteer programmes, one of which is the currently ongoing 2nd Level Master in the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan.

Nijat studies Law at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University), SABAH groups. He is a presidential academic scholar, and he is currently engaged in the Philip C. Jessup lnternational Moot Court competition. He also works for a law firm as a young professional, and his main interests are hiking, blog writing and storytelling. Nijat is looking forward to being a part of the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative and the opportunities it will bring.

Nihad is studying Economics at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University). He has always been interested in affairs of the European Union, even before he enrolled at university, and has participated in the European School Summer Camp in 2021. Nihad has also taken part in several Erasmus + Youth Exchanges and has finished a group volunteering project (European Solidarity Corps) in Romania this Summer. Nihad is currently working on a publication regarding Azerbaijan in a very well-known publishing press.

Nigar is a young professional in media production, who has recently graduated from Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages). She successfully completed several courses organised in Asia, including the Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) and Global Citizenship Education (GCED). That is where she learned about Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), knowledge she later applied to planning numerous projects in her workplace. Nigar believes that by using knowledge and the power of media, she can raise awareness of global issues and contribute to societal development.

Nariman is studying Finance at the Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Economics). Even though he enjoys finance, his main field of interest is Computer Science. During his studies, he has completed several internships, volunteered, and participated in a variety of competitions. One of them was ‘Technofest 2022’ in which he became a finalist. Nariman is currently working at a rehabilitation centre as a graphic designer while pursuing higher education studies.

Nazrin is studying for a Bachelor in Public Affairs at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). In her free time, she writes articles on geopolitics and world affairs, volunteers with NAYORA, the ‘Regional Development’ Public Union, is a member of ‘AzMUN’, and is a participant in the ‘Young Envoys’ program. She is driven to improve Azerbaijan’s political and diplomatic standing in the international arena. By being Young European Ambassador, she aims to realise numerous projects in Azerbaijan and make improvements in areas such as personal development, mentality, and education amongst many others.

Murad graduated from “ADA”Universiteti (“ADA” University) with a Bachelor of International Relations in 2022. In Spring 2021 he studied at Tallinna Tehnikaülikool (Tallinn University of Technology) through the Erasmus+ programme.
