I have been in business since I was 16. I am the owner and business manager of the STEP Computer Academy. I am also the co-founder of the social enterprise Holiday Empire and organise more than 50 projects and annual events with offline audiences of more than 7,000 people. I won the annual Silver Tower Polissia award in 2004, a presidential grant for gifted youth in 2006, the Young Economy competition in 2007 (in the Economy and Independence of the Media category), and the Star Manager 2018 award from the VolWest Group. Our oceans are polluted, the number of animals is getting smaller and smaller, and the elderly are living out their lives in terrible conditions. This is all humans’ fault. But we can fix it! We mustn’t ignore these problems, because the future is in our hands! Personally, I try to help society in various ways. I join charities, help the poor and teach children English and German. I think that education, and young people’s desire for change, will help us to overcome our challenges and advance towards a bright future!
