SERVICES:
The enterprise provides catering services for public and private events, focusing mainly on the private sector. It has an event hall with a capacity of 75 seats and plans to continue organising events once the restrictions are lifted. At the same time, the company has specialised equipment for making placintas (a traditional Moldovn dish) and patisserie products, which we plan to sell to customers via the chain of stores belonging to the Ciolacu Nou Consumer Cooperative (9 stores in 7 rural communities).

In the company, I am responsible for economic development. Also, I am a member of its management board, acting on behalf of its founder –  PA “Caroma Nord”. The company was founded as part of a project funded by European sponsors and began its operations in 2021.
