The online platform Traditie.md was launched by the MMA in 2018 to employ people with disabilities through the Assisted Employment of People with Disabilities Programme. The Traditie.md platform facilitates the promotion of products made by craftsmen and women with disabilities from the Republic of Moldova. Handmade items are made to order, and the platform provides a perfect opportunity for people with disabilities to increase their income, promote their talents, and exercise their passions and skills.

I am the coordinator of the Assisted Employment of People with Disabilities Programme within the Moldovan MOTIVATION Association (MMA). We have been helping people with disabilities since 2014. From 2015 to 2017, I coordinated the FABRIS workshop created by the Association for the Support of Children with Physical Disabilities in Peresecina. Among other things, I was responsible for creating new models, ensuring the quality of the final products and communications with customers. In 2018, I organised an initiative that empowered craftswomen who were beneficiaries of the MMA. As part of this project we created an online platform to sell products made by craftsmen and women with disabilities.
