Elena is an Interior Design student at Ilia State University. She has lived in Hanover, Germany, for two years and studied at Volkshochschule Braunschweig. She was the Sales Team leader in Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (AIESEC) and then became the organisational committee president. She was also one of the coordinators of the Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) Educational program, together with flex alumni. In addition she speaks English, German and Turkish, and is looking forward to her latest role as a Young European Ambassador.

Elene is currently pursuing a degree in the International Relations. She has actively been engaged in Erasmus+ funded projects, further expanding her horizons and international experience. Being an alumna of the FLEX programme, she has already displayed her passion for cross-cultural understanding. In the future, Elene aspires to continue her work in international development, aiming to contribute positive change on a global scale.

Ana Gvirjishvili

Ana is a secondary school student and a FLEX’22 alumna, and is very passionate about working for her local community. She is actively volunteering in several organisations, teaching and tutoring high school students, managing projects and holding informational meetings. She is interested in marketing and copywriting, as well as art, literature and philosophy. She is keen to contribute value to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.

Irakli Gogiashvili

Irakli is studying for a Bachelor in Political Science at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Tbilisi State University. He has been actively involved in informal activities and has many years of volunteering experience in various local organisations. In 2021 he joined the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Georgia’s campaign ‘Shall We Go to Vote?’ as a young trainer, and frequently participates in projects, trainings, conferences in his endeavours to be an active citizen. 

Mariam Gelashvili

Mariam is studying International Relations at the Free University of Tbilisi. Her specialisations are the Atlantic region and the French and Spanish languages. Aside from her studies, she engages in volunteer work and non-profit organisation projects such as various conferences and UN modelling.  She currently performs the role of a facilitator in the School of Diplomacy, and for the past two years, Mariam has been tutoring secondary school students in English language and Maths. Nutsa Gagnidze

She is a multilingual individual, and her experience volunteering in human aid and shelter organisations has fuelled her passion for social justice and humanitarian work. Ana Gabunia

Ana considers herself to be an activist, and is currently studying for a Bachelor degree in Business Analytics at the University of Georgia. She has also participated in debate tournaments, Washington Business Week, Erasmus+ youth exchange programme, International Republican Institute’s  (IRI) YouLead project, Franklin club, and other educational programmes. Ana is also the winner of the business olympiad organised by New Vision University. She leads a Career Club, with the goal to help students explore and pursue their career goals in various fields and industries. Ana is passionate about making a positive impact in her community, and later on, the world.

Ia is a young eco and civic activist, active volunteer and peer educator from Martkopi, Georgia. Ketevan Dolidze

Keta is a young diplomat, currently working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia in the Department of Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration. Before this, she interned at the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia, where she worked on projects which focused mainly on the wider security and defense sector. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Affairs from the University of Oklahoma, and she also studied at the Universitetet i Oslo (The University of Oslo). Her research interests include International Security and the Future of Security in the Black Sea Region. Keta is keen to contribute value to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.

Lika Devadze

Lika is a passionate and driven student of International Relations at the International Black Sea University. Dato Dolaberidze
